Dare to Lead™

Building courageous leaders
Developed by Brené Brown, renowned researcher and author, Dare to Lead™ is an empirically based courage-building program designed for the leaders of the future. The most significant finding from Brene’s ground-breaking research is that courage is a collection of four skill sets that are teachable, measurable, and observable. The Dare to Lead™ program focuses on developing these courage-building skills through workshops and trainings that help individuals, teams, and organizations move from armored leadership to daring leadership.
This program is facilitated by Dare to Lead™ Certified Facilitator and ViDL co-founder, Natalie Johnson. Workshops can be delivered as half-day, 1-day or 2-day courses. Options exist for both open enrollment and delivery to intact work teams.

Developing a Leadership Mindset™

Improving team performance and developing a leadership mindset at all levels of the company
Well-known organizational health expert Peter Drucker noted that the default for most working teams is friction, confusion and underperformance. The Developing a Leadership Mindset program is designed to guide working teams out of this default to greater cohesion, collaboration and performance so each team member can maximize her potential and more fully support the company’s purpose and values.
This program is facilitated by Certified Developing a Leadership Mindset facilitator and ViDL co-founder, Rebecca Johnson. It is designed to be delivered to small- to medium-size groups via a series of interactive, in-person sessions delivered at 1- to 3-week intervals, onsite or virtually. The training is best delivered within working teams to build a mutually agreed upon workplace culture where peers actively hold themselves and one another accountable to living their desired culture.

Reimagining Wellbeing

Helping wellbeing professionals elevate their impact and influence
As the wellbeing industry evolves to align with updated thinking on health, human nature and behavior change, wellness and health promotion professionals need to transform themselves in order to maintain relevance, confidently lead change in their organization and stay professionally fulfilled. This interactive and highly practical training focuses on evolving the wellbeing industry’s approach and elevating professional influence to become stronger catalysts for change.
This training is offered periodically via open enrollment to any wellbeing professional or can be delivered to teams of wellbeing professionals from the same organization onsite or in live, virtual sessions.

Am I Hungry? Mindful Eating Program

Supporting employee wellbeing through the development of mindfulness-based eating and movement practices
Many employees struggle with overeating, chronic dieting and sedentary lifestyles. But research demonstrates the conventional restrictive, weight-focused approach to these issues is ineffective and often counterproductive.
Delving far beyond the obvious advice of “eat less, exercise more,” Am I Hungry? Programs focus on changing beliefs, thoughts, and feelings first, so changes in behaviors will last. The non-diet, weight-neutral approach frees participants from the restrictive and consuming strategies offered in conventional workplace interventions and provides them with a method for rediscovering their expert within. Mindfulness-based strategies guide participants to eat with intention and attention – and to live that way too.
Am I Hungry? programs can be delivered onsite, via live virtual sessions or in a self-paced online program. Coaching is also available. All programs and coaching are delivered by professional facilitators and coaches who have been trained and licensed in the Am I Hungry? curriculum.
